This year’s Giving Tuesday donation will be going to Addison County Readers, an incredible all-volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to supporting literacy in our community. Their mission encompasses book distribution, educational opportunities, and raising awareness about the importance of literacy.
One of the remarkable initiatives supported by Addison County Readers is Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. With their sponsorship, they ensure that all registered children under five years old in Addison County receive FREE books through the mail. This program not only promotes early childhood literacy but also sparks imagination and a love for reading from a young age.
